Privacy Policy / 隐私权政策

This Privacy Policy explains how Easel ("the Application"), an internal content-publishing tool operated by Figo (Tu Duier / 土堆儿) for 觅色阅器 · 非遗美学手作艺术馆 (Mise Yueqi · Intangible Cultural Heritage Aesthetics Studio), accesses, uses, stores and protects data obtained through Google APIs — in particular the YouTube Data API v3.

本隐私权政策说明 Easel（下称「本应用」）—— 由 Figo (Tu Duier / 土堆儿) 为其工作室「觅色阅器 · 非遗美学手作艺术馆 (Mise Yueqi · Intangible Cultural Heritage Aesthetics Studio)」自建自用的内部内容发布工具 —— 如何访问、使用、存储与保护通过 Google API（尤其是 YouTube Data API v3）获得的数据。

1. What Google Data We Access / 我们访问哪些 Google 数据

Scope / 权限范围	What it grants / 用途
`youtube.upload`	Upload videos to the channel that the operator has explicitly authorized. 向运营者本人已明确授权的频道上传视频。
`youtube.readonly`	Read basic metadata (channel title, channel ID) of that same channel. 读取同一频道的基本信息（频道名称、频道 ID）。

We also receive and store the OAuth 2.0 token (access token and refresh token) that Google issues after the operator grants consent.

We do not access, request or store: viewers' personal data, other users' channel or video data, Google account profile data beyond the authorizing account's email address, Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts, or any other Google service.

我们还会接收并存储运营者授权后 Google 签发的 OAuth 2.0 令牌（access token 与 refresh token）。我们不访问、不索取、不存储：观众个人数据、其他用户或频道的数据、超出授权账号邮箱之外的 Google 账号资料，以及 Gmail、Drive、日历、通讯录或任何其他 Google 服务的数据。

2. How We Use the Data / 我们如何使用这些数据

To authenticate the operator to the YouTube Data API.
To upload the studio's own video files to the studio's own channel.
To display, inside the tool, which channel is currently connected.

No data obtained through Google APIs is used for advertising, profiling, training machine-learning models, determining credit-worthiness or lending, or any purpose unrelated to the single purpose described above.

用途仅有三项：向 YouTube Data API 完成身份验证；把工作室自制视频上传到工作室自有频道；在工具界面显示当前绑定的频道。通过 Google API 获得的任何数据，均不会用于广告、用户画像、训练机器学习模型、评估信贷或借贷资格，也不会用于上述单一用途之外的任何目的。

3. Sharing and Disclosure / 共享与披露

We do not sell, rent, trade, transfer or otherwise disclose Google user data to any third party. Data is not shared with advertisers, data brokers, or information resellers. We do not use or transfer Google user data to determine credit-worthiness or for lending purposes.

Data may be disclosed only where strictly required by applicable law, and only to the extent legally required.

我们不出售、出租、交易、转让或以其他方式向任何第三方披露 Google 用户数据；不向广告商、数据经纪商或信息转售商共享；不使用或转让 Google 用户数据用于评估信贷或借贷目的。仅在法律强制要求时，且仅在法定范围内，才可能披露。

4. How We Store and Protect the Data / 存储与保护

Location: OAuth tokens and the tool's own operational data are stored in a local, single-operator environment (a private workstation / local server controlled by the operator). There is no multi-tenant cloud database.
Encryption in transit: all communication with Google APIs uses HTTPS (TLS).
Access control: only the operator has access to the machine and to the token files. Tokens are held in files readable only by the operator's OS account.
No public exposure: the Application has no public API and no end-user accounts; the Application itself is not accessible to the public.

存储位置：OAuth 令牌与本工具的运行数据保存在运营者本人控制的本地私有环境（本机工作站 / 本地服务器），不存在多租户云端数据库。
传输加密：与 Google API 的全部通信均走 HTTPS（TLS）。
访问控制：仅运营者本人可访问该机器与令牌文件；令牌文件权限仅限运营者的操作系统账户可读。
不公开暴露：本应用无公开 API、无终端用户账号体系，本身亦不向公众开放访问。

5. Data Retention / 数据保留期限

OAuth tokens: retained until the operator revokes access (see §6) or until they are deleted from the local environment. Access tokens are short-lived and refreshed automatically; refresh tokens persist while the integration is in use.
Channel metadata cache: held in memory only and discarded when the process stops; not persisted to disk.
Video files and publishing records: the studio's own content, retained as part of the studio's normal content archive.

We retain Google user data only for as long as necessary to provide the function described above, and delete or anonymize it afterwards.

OAuth 令牌：保留至运营者撤销授权（见第 6 节），或至其从本地环境删除为止。 access token 为短期有效并自动刷新；refresh token 在集成使用期间持续保留。
频道信息缓存：仅存于进程内存，进程结束即丢弃，不落盘。
视频文件与发布记录：属工作室自有内容，按工作室常规内容归档方式保留。
我们仅在实现上述功能所必需的期间内保留 Google 用户数据，之后即删除或匿名化。

6. Revoking Access and Deleting Your Data / 撤销授权与删除数据

How to revoke access / 如何撤销授权

You can revoke Easel's access to your Google Account at any time:

Go to https://myaccount.google.com/permissions (Google Account → Security → Third-party apps & services), find Easel and select Remove access.
You may also revoke access via the YouTube Data API directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

How to request deletion of stored data / 如何申请删除已存储数据

To have any stored token or related data deleted, send an email to meridiantrade.figo@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request". We will delete the stored OAuth token and any associated channel metadata associated with your authorization within 30 days, and confirm by reply.

Revoking access stops all future access immediately. Note that content already published to YouTube remains governed by YouTube's own terms.

撤销授权：随时可前往 https://myaccount.google.com/permissions （Google 账号 → 安全性 → 第三方应用与服务），找到 Easel 并选择「移除访问权限」。撤销后所有后续访问立即停止。
删除已存储数据：发送邮件至 meridiantrade.figo@gmail.com，主题写「Data Deletion Request」，我们将在 30 天内删除所存储的 OAuth 令牌及其关联的频道信息，并回信确认。请注意：已发布到 YouTube 的内容仍受 YouTube 自身条款约束。

7. Children's Privacy / 儿童隐私

The Application is an internal tool used only by the studio operator. It is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect data from children.

本应用为仅由工作室运营者使用的内部工具，不面向儿童，也不会有意收集儿童数据。

8. Google API Services User Data Policy — Limited Use / 限用声明

Easel's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Easel 对从 Google API 获得的信息的使用与向其他应用的传输，均遵守《Google API 服务用户数据政策》，包括其中的 限用（Limited Use） 要求。

9. Compliance With YouTube Terms / 遵守 YouTube 条款

By using the Application, the operator also agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledges the Google Privacy Policy.

使用本应用即表示同时同意受《YouTube 服务条款》约束，并知悉《Google 隐私权政策》。

10. Changes to This Policy / 政策变更

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the bottom of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes affecting how Google user data is handled will be reflected here before they take effect.

我们可能不时更新本隐私权政策，页面底部的「最后更新」日期即最近一次修订时间。若变更涉及 Google 用户数据的处理方式，会在生效前反映在本页。
