These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of Easel ("the Application"), an internal content-publishing tool operated by Figo (Tu Duier / 土堆儿) for 觅色阅器 · 非遗美学手作艺术馆 (Mise Yueqi · Intangible Cultural Heritage Aesthetics Studio).
本服务条款（下称「本条款」）适用于 Easel（下称「本应用」）的使用。 本应用是由 Figo (Tu Duier / 土堆儿) 为其工作室「觅色阅器 · 非遗美学手作艺术馆 (Mise Yueqi · Intangible Cultural Heritage Aesthetics Studio)」自建自用的内部内容发布工具。
The Application is provided for the sole use of the studio operator. It is not offered, licensed or distributed to the public, is not published to any app store, and has no end-user accounts. No person other than the operator is authorized to use it.
本应用仅供工作室运营者本人使用，不向公众提供、许可或分发，不上架任何应用商店， 也不设终端用户账号。除运营者本人外，任何人均无权使用。
The Application integrates with YouTube Data API v3. Use of that integration is also subject to:

The Application must not be used to upload content that infringes third-party rights, violates YouTube's Community Guidelines or Terms of Service, or that is unlawful in the operator's jurisdiction. The operator is solely responsible for all content published through the Application.

The Application is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The operator uses it at their own risk. We do not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any upload will be accepted or displayed by YouTube.
本应用按「现状」提供，不附带任何明示或默示的保证，使用风险由运营者自负。 我们不保证本应用不中断、无错误，也不保证任何上传会被 YouTube 接受或正常展示。
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue or goodwill, arising from the use of the Application.

Access through Google may be terminated at any time by revoking the Application's OAuth access, as described in the Privacy Policy. Google may also suspend or terminate API access in accordance with its own policies.
